Which Megaworld properties do I handle?

Megaworld has more than 35 townships around the different islands of the Philippines. I only handle the current main central business district which is BGC, Taguig and the future central CBD which is NGC, Bulacan.

Megaworld has four townships in Taguig: Uptown Bonifacio, Forbestown, McKinley Hill, and McKinley West, but only Uptown Bonifacio and McKinley West currently have available properties, as Forbestown and McKinley Hill are sold out.

In Uptown Bonifacio, rent-to-own projects include One Uptown, Uptown Ritz, Uptown Parksuites, and Uptown Arts, while the only pre-selling development is Uptown Modern. Meanwhile, McKinley West offers rent-to-own options at The Albany, St. Moritz, and Park McKinley West.

9 Central Park is the first and only pre-selling residential project as of now, while we have commercial lots at Northwin Main Street.

Yes. For our pre-selling projects we can accept foreign investors, but for most rent-to-own projects only Filipino buyers are allowed since we have already reached the maximum capacity of 40% foreign allocation.

To reserve a unit, we only require a valid government ID such as a passport or driver’s license, the signed reservation documents, and a reservation fee that typically amounts to ₱60,000, depending on the project. Since most projects offer flexible payment terms, we also require post-dated checks for the monthly payments to ensure they are made on time.

We can schedule a Zoom meeting to discuss your preferred project and unit while we fill out the reservation documents online.

Yes. We allow long-term and short-term rentals (such as Airbnb) for most projects, making them suitable investments since many are located near the future subway station.
